Best Time To Visit Argentina

Argentina is a vast country that spans 3,800km from the North all the way down to Patagonia in the south, with climates varying according to the region. This means that it can be enjoyed and explored all year round, and the best time to go to Argentina will depend on your preferences for weather, activities, and the specific experiences you seek.

December through March is summer here, and it is the best time to visit the beaches along the Atlantic Ocean, the stunning lake district, and Patagonia. During this time, the harvest season also takes place in Argentina's wine regions around Mendoza, and there is a hive of activities and celebrations.

The North, which offers colourful and stunning landscapes, can be visited during winter (June through September) when the weather is milder. Snow and mountain sports can be enjoyed in the Andes region.

Central regions such as Buenos Aires are best visited in spring and autumn when the weather is pleasant and prices are slightly cheaper. You will also find fewer tourists and less humid weather compared to the peak summer season.
